How it runs
About three weeks. No planned downtime.
01
Survey
Check 801, 825 and 826. Diagnose the reception console. Record handset models.
02
Build
Nine extensions, ring groups, auto-attendant, after-hours, voicemail-to-email — alongside the live system.
03
Test
Real calls on a temporary number before anything ports.
04
Cut over
Numbers port mid-morning. Handsets re-register in minutes. Old system stays as fallback.
Quoted separately
- —The four analogue phones — Kitchen, Hair Salon, Staffroom, Bistro Kitchen
- —The cordless handset for reception
- —Any second internet service still on the Fibretalk account
The analogue devices stay on the MyPBX for now, so the old box remains powered until that work is done.
